The ideal candidate for the role will possess:

• Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of proven experience providing level 2 support to users

• Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1,400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
• Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
• Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
• Prepare and send out electronic payslips
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
• Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
• Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters

Requirements:

• There will be 2 pay runs every month (28th and 7th of the following month); 90% captured in system, 10% manual calculation, e. g. resigned, adhoc payment
• Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in for a fast-paced environment
• Good working knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Knowledge in Frontier e-HR System is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table/Vlookup)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
