Job Responsibilities:

• A/R - ensuring billings are timely and accurate, follow up regularly with debtors
• A/P - ensuring payment to vendors and employees are in accordance with payment policy, respond to vendor queries timely, generation of commission by detailed checking and validation of sales reports as a basis of calculation of commission
• Cash management such as preparing weekly cash flow report and bank reconciliations
• Reconciliations of interco transactions and balances and assist in preparation of monthly interco confirmations
• Month-end closing process by ensuring general entries are timely entered, reconciliations are performed, sub-ledgers are balance and revaluations are accounted
• Prepare information as required for GST F5 filing and corporate tax return, including but not limited to providing support to tax agents
• Support all audit related matters including preparation of audit schedules, attend to audit queries, provide information required
• Provide support for timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
• Align to the group reporting framework, accounting treatment and fincl analysis for the business as well as operations

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or other relevant field(s)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in similar position
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP, Million software

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of invoices/claims processing of assigned institution(s) to ensure that the team meets the stipulated timeline.

AR/Credit Accounts Executive

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
