Your Role

In this key position, you’ll play an integral part in our finance team by:

Managing a full set of accounts to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

• Overseeing GST submissions and maintaining fixed assets schedules.
• Conducting monthly invoicing, including rental and intercompany billings.
• Preparing payment vouchers, online transactions, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Ensuring smooth cash management and preparing audit schedules for liaising with auditors.
• Addressing tax inquiries and managing intercompany loan agreements.
• Coordinating dividend declarations and overseeing director approvals.

Requirement

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Certified Accounting Technician with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ACCPAC, Excel, and keen financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outgoing and incoming remittances accurately and promptly, including performing necessary AML checks.
• Construct Swift Messages (MTxx)
• Ensure timely and accurate validation of client instructions.
• Conduct professional and friendly client callbacks.
• Handle various tasks such as ad-hoc fund transfers, cheques/cashier orders
• Ensure all instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut-off times.
