Responsibilities:
· Handle administrative duties
· Filing and maintenance of documentations
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (phone calls, letters, emails etc)
· Proper maintenance of all office equipment
· Assist in handling procurement activities which include purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
· Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents in a timely and accurate manner
· Provide administrative duties to the Operations Team
· Undertake any other office duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
· Minimum ITE in Office Administration
· Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
· Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
· Independent and able to organise work efficiently
· Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
