We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in a specialist clinic, with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

What you will be working on (training will be provided):

• Front counter duties including patient registration and answering phone and email inquiries
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist in inventory and perform stock take
• Maintain clinic cleanliness
• Manage insurance claims submissions (including corporate insurance), applying for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation
• Perform cashiering duties
• Assist doctor and chaperone whenever necessary
