• Conduct non-programme activities like storytelling, crafts, etc.
• Assist Lead Teachers to prepare for lessons by getting materials ready or setting up equipment eg. water play, etc.
• Assist in supervising the children in class, between classes and toileting
• Assist in the lessons by working with individual students or small groups of students. For example, after the Lead Teacher presents a lesson, Assistant Teacher may help a small group of students as they try to master the material
• Supervise the children at play and assist with the daily basic routine care such as changing of diapers, showering the children, feeding the children, etc.
• Adhere to Teaching Standards, Safety, Hygiene, Rules and Regulations set by the centre and ECDA
• Provide all other support and assistance where necessary to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

• Certifications in Early Childhood Care & Education (FCECCE)
• Possess Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool teaching
• First Aid Certification will be an advantage
• Experience in toddler care will be an advantage

About The Role

You will be joining as a key member of our GTM (Go To Market) team, focusing on closing high value commercial agreements with blockchain partners seeking our services. You’ll be introduced to conversations with our blockchain partners to assess the opportunity for market adoption and lead the conversations for the integration of Chainlink product(s). On top of this, you’ll become a strategic interface between the GTM team, finance, legal and engineering to execute deal terms as well as delivery timelines.

Your impact:

-Negotiate and close high-value multi-year commercial agreements with blockchain partners seeking Chainlink services

-Engage with multiple partners simultaneously to ensure a healthy integration pipeline that will materialize into multiple long-term blockchain partnerships

-Work closely with the blockchain partner managers to help assess and quantify opportunities globally with our blockchain partners.

-Drive internal alignment between GTM, finance, legal and engineering on deal execution and delivery timelines

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business or related

-8 years of business development experience with at least 1 year operating within the Web3 industry

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Strategically minded and able to develop and execute innovative solutions

-Experience working within international and geographically distributed teams

-Strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders.

-Strong knowledge and understanding of selling blockchain infrastructure solutions

-Previous experience within venture capital settings is a plus

The Opportunity:

The talent will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales, stock level, months to clear, and stock aging to make an appropriate recommendation at both the individual SKUs and the brand’s level. The successful talent will report to the Merchandising Manager and lead a team of 5-6 people.

The Job:

• Monitor, review, consolidate, and analyze of sales performance of product categories to maximize sales and manage inventory efficiently.
• Completing assortment analytics as inputs to develop seasonal category strategies and assortment plans designed by the Merchandising Manager.
• Monitor and analyze sales, stock level, months to clear, and stock aging to make an appropriate recommendation at both the individual SKUs and brand level.
• Achieving the key performance metrics for a product category.
• Plan and monitor purchases to align with regional guidelines.
• Ensure appropriate and effective merchandising standards are always maintained which include replenishment, consolidation, and proper SKU count available in stores.
• Monitor market competition, and purchases to date vs target purchases to proactively suggest and initiate corrective actions.
• Achieving the key performance metrics for a product category.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal merchandising and buying reports to optimize sales, margin, and inventory management.
• Assist in managing and leading the Merchandising team.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail operations and merchandising.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and solid business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of retail math.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
