The Role Responsibilities

· This role is part of the Enterprise Technology (ET) Transformation team – a function which partners with colleagues to create #simplerfasterbetter processes, putting clients and business outcomes at the centre of what we do.

· The role focus is to lead the ET Change Portfolio including some of Vendor management & governance aspects covering Infrastructure vendor governance across Transversal project management. The role will assist in developing and delivering strategies to effect the changes required to proactively ensure that the people agenda is delivered and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.

· Working with ET Domain Heads and Business and Functional stakeholders it will be important that the chosen candidate has credible experience with a Project, Programme and Portfolio management background but also comes with the right behaviours to drive new ways of working within the space.
