• Establish, implement and facilitate clash detection analysis to identify, resolve and validate all design and construction conflicts within the Contract and Interfacing Parties
• Participate in all necessary BIM meetings facilitated by the Interfacing Parties to provide necessary support and information for interfacing contracts BEP development and 3D Coordination work within the Contract and interfacing contracts
• Establish the BIM Software upgrade plan, the schedules of BIM Deliverables submission and information exchange
• Update, manage, monitor and track all model change records
• Enforce model checks and validate model quality prior to submission to the Engineer and information exchange with the Interfacing Parties
• Prepare, maintain and update the clash detection analysis resolution and validation reports. To ensure and enforce all identified design and construction conflicts have been rectified in CCSM and respective disciplinary BIM Models
• Ensure all native BIM Models within the Contract enable to federate seamlessly
• Facilitate the archiving, backup and data security of the BIM Models and the Contractor's collaboration platform
• Oversee, coordinate and manage the BIM Coordinators within the Contracts to meet all BIM Deliverables submissions and information exchange schedules
• Provide user support for BIM tools including hands-on support upon request by the Engineer

Requirements

1. Education Requirements - bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction

2. 10 years of experience in a similar role

3. In-depth knowledge of Singapore Construction Industry

4. Familiar with current market pricing

5. Excellent presentation and communication skills

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and other general software

7. Ability to coordinate 2 or 3 tenders concurrently

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Logistics Assistant oversees receiving and delivering of goods, maintaining of goods in staging area and in ensuring proper housekeeping.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process goods receipt for incoming orders and expensed out outgoing transactions in Oracle system and updating of MR report

- Ensure all transactions are closed out in oracle prior to month end closing

- Perform verification of incoming and outgoing items/parts to ensure transaction accuracy

- Access in-transit storage space as and when required to accommodate any surge of incoming orders to meet the project schedule

- Responsible for handling of heavy goods with the use of reach truck/stacker, loading, unloading, picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of items/parts according to the ROV system material requisition

- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the inward & outward shipping document filing and updating of shipment log

- Prepare outgoing Shipping documents such as Material Transfer/Packing list and Commercial invoice

- Follow up action on RMA items received from Backload shipments from Offshore

- General maintenance and proper housekeeping of the staging area.

- Maintain inventory of consumables items in warehouse and order as required.

- Perform periodic cycle count of the in-transit ship spares

- Weekly update of MR report to individual ROV system

- Other warehouse duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / SPM

Experience

- At least 2 years working experience in related field

- Oracle experience is an added advantage

Special Skills / Knowledge

- Computer literate

- Ability to multitask

- Proficient in written and spoken English

- Export shipment to IMCO/IATA packing standards/proficiency & competency necessary & essential

- Experience in operating 3T forklift desirable. With forklift certificate preferred

- DG/Hazmat knowledge

- Good in Excel
