KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager to play a crucial role in driving the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies throughout project. The candidate possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and software, along with proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, industry best practices, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), outlining projectspecific BIM uses, workflows, and responsibilities.
• Oversee model development and coordination, ensuring model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BEPs.

• buildingSMART Singapore, DDM LEAD (Tier 2) accreditation or equivalent BIM certification.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring and analysis software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

BONUS CRITERIA :

• Experience with other BIM-related software such as Solibri, Dynamo, and Grasshopper.
