Main Activities:

• Administering support for marine department
• Coordinate logistics for crew, pick up crew and bring them to embassy/medical appointments etc
• Responsible for travel arrangements and visa applications of crew.
• Maintaining the crew’s personal files and ensuring that their certification and training documents are up-to-date.
• Administering the crew’s reimbursement of their expenses incurred from travelling, training etc.
• Application for flag-state licences for crew working onboard of vessels in compliance with the vessels’ Port of Registry.
• Arranging the crew to go for relevant training courses as required by the charterer.
• Attending to crew’s work-related grievances and complaints.
• Applying for the necessary documentations with ICA and MPA for crew’s immigration clearance and vessels’ movements.
• Maintaining the petty cash, keeping office inventory and tracking all expenses.
• Responsible for PR & PO creation & issuing process.
• Responsible for direct marine engine, part purchasing, price negotiation & delivery.
• Inventory control and stock movement
• Undertaking other ad-hoc jobs when required.

Qualifications / Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Executives specializing in shipping industry or crewing management or equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available

Job Overview:As a warehouse executive responsible for a pork and vegetable supplier, your job entails hands-on management of pork and vegetable inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while facilitating efficient operations.

Must be able to work on the weekend and public holiday , Nightshift is required

Your responsibilities include:

Pork Handling: Directly overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of pork products, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain product integrity and freshness.

Vegetable Management: Similarly managing the handling of vegetables, ensuring proper storage conditions to preserve their quality and nutritional value.

Inventory Oversight: Monitoring pork and vegetable inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing robust tracking systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Quality Assurance: Enforcing stringent quality control measures to uphold the freshness, taste, and safety of pork and vegetables, meeting regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers to coordinate timely deliveries of pork and vegetables, optimizing transportation routes and schedules for efficient logistics operations.

Warehouse Operations: Directing the layout and organization of the warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and streamline workflow, ensuring smooth operations for pork and vegetable handling.

Equipment Management: Overseeing the maintenance and operation of equipment essential for pork and vegetable handling, including refrigeration units, pallet jacks, and packaging machinery.

Team Leadership: Leading and supervising warehouse staff involved in pork and vegetable handling, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards governing the handling, storage, and distribution of pork and vegetables.

Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding pork and vegetable orders, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Performance Analysis: Analyzing warehouse metrics and performance indicators related to pork and vegetable handling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
