Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of operational activities across various departments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Handle administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Strategic Planning:

• Support management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Assist in the formulation and execution of short-term and long-term organizational goals.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual arrangements.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication between departments, teams, and external partners.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Flexibility in Work Schedule:
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including public holidays, weekends, and night shifts, to accommodate business needs.
• Maintain availability to handle urgent matters and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
