Job Description

1. The RTO shall supervise all works relevant to tunnel construction and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s/CAG’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. Maintain & control site records as per the BCA control act. The RTO (T) shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late-night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO (T) shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW), etc.

Chartering

· Chartering out the vessels operated by company

· Chartering in vessels from the market for company’s own cargoes & program.

· Calculating owner estimate for charter in/out (Voyage Charter, COA, TC)
