Assist the site supervisor in investigation of any accident which took place within the worksite arising from the use of such machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or manual labour and check the supervisor’s report thereon and the action taken to remove the cause or causes of such accident.
Investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence which took place within the worksite and any industrial disease contracted in the worksite. Act as advisor to the accident investigation committee.
Assist to prepare a comprehensive accident report for submission to WSH Manager and Project Manager within 1 working day in the event of accidents.
In the interest of Safety & Health of the persons employed in the worksite, advise the occupier of the worksite on the specifications:
for any repair or alteration to be made to the worksite or any extension thereon; and
