The Manager (CTE-CTO) shall have sufficient professional experience to fulfill a specialist role in contributing to the development of the clinical trial program at NCCS. • Support Identification: Identify patients and families in need of financial assistance and make referrals to the Medical Social Worker/Counsellor.
• Psychological Support: Recognize patients and families requiring psychological support or counseling and refer them to the Medical Social Worker/Counsellor.
• Community Engagement: Participate in Metta Fundraising activities when the need arises.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience as a registered nurse in various healthcare settings.
• Education: Hold a Diploma in Nursing as a minimum requirement. Postgraduate or Advanced Diploma preferred.
• Registration: Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Certifications: Hold valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certifications.
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Completed COVID-19 vaccination.
