Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in Accounting Software.

• Be responsible for all areas of airfreight operations including cargo acceptance, documentation, build-up, breakdown, loading, unloading, delivery, etc.
• Ensure smooth and efficient handling of both import and export cargo
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations of the company and local authorities
• Handle any cargo irregularities and claims in accordance with the company’s standard procedures
• Work closely with ground handling agents, monitor their performance
• Communicate with customers and international agents, manage emails
• Pre-clear exports and imports with customs
• Handle billing and operational-related correspondence and tasks for both air imports and exports.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
• To co-ordinate shipment closely with various department to ensure shipments executed correctly and timely
• To observe & control daily operational issues in order to comply Customer’s requirements

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Assist to sweep and mop dining area
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by kitchen manager
