EAs will be required to collect the personal data (e.g. NRIC number number for overseas candidates) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least six months with a fixed monthly salary of S$3,300 and above.

PDPA requirements on collection, use, and disclosure of personal data would not be applicable to EAs that are collecting such information as it is a regulatory requirement by Ministry of Manpower.

Job Description

1. Handle and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR & GL) for assigned companies, including preparation of month end closing and monthly schedules.

2. Prepare GST submissions.

3. Process intercompany recharge and reconciliation.

4. Support all audit-related matters including preparation of audit schedule, attend to audit queries and provide requested information.

5. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and government boards when necessary.

6. Collate information from relevant departments and analyse project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

7. Ensure compliance with all filing requirements, eg. corporate tax, GST, audits internal controls and procedures.

8. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and credit control management.

9. Develop financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.

10.Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting policies and work processes to make recommendation for improvement.

11.Prepare monthly management reports and compile financial analysis.

12.Participate in system enhancements / implementation to align with new operational requirements.

13.Review and recommend areas where processes and procedures could be further improved for greater efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

14.Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/ACCA in Accountancy

2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts in the construction industry.

3. Self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.

4. Experience in audit will be an advantage.

5. Meticulous with good analytical skills.

6. Immediate availability or able to start work within short notice preferred.

Salary and job title commensurate according to relevance of work experience and qualifications. Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for managerial role.
