Responsibilities:
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
• To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Job Description:

• Meet and greet visitors and notify respective staff of their arrival
• Answering / transferring incoming calls, helping with enquiries
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
• Sort and distribute mail to employees, process daily incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and other deliveries
• Assist with office and pantry supplies orders and maintain stationery stock levels
• Maintain neat appearance of reception area, conference rooms and other common area
• Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned
