Senior Fire Safety Manager

• To oversee the general fire safety and maintenance of firefighting facilities for the assigned property, as well as the planning and execution of fire emergency procedures for the occupants.

· Assist in submission of Quotations and supporting documents to the customer to proceed with work orders for projects.

· Assist in attendance and payroll computations in preparation for finance salary disbursement.

Assist in CPF computations and payments.

I. Job Requirements

· Any related certificate in finance, accounting, human resources, administrative management and other related field are preferred.

· Have certain financial knowledge and be familiar with basic financial operation procedures.

· Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

· Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Have good time management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Main Functions & Responsibilities:

• To promote and sell health supplements at retail channel outlets assigned by the Management.
• To provide excellent customer service, display positive and professional attitude towards work.
• Stock replenishment for assigned counters after sales movement of items.
• Undertake general housekeeping of assigned counters – packing, tidying and re-arranging items on shelves.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
• Implement and advise customers on promotion deals to generate and increase sales.
