• Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently.
• Assign tasks to staff and manage scheduling to optimize workflow.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics administration and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder in related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and innovative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
• Good analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
• Good leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
• Good in working with numerous data to define, implement and monitor KPI and provide data driven insights and identify areas for improvement.
