• Assist Project Manager/Engineer to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time
• Support Project Manager/Engineer through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project
• In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site
• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and sub-contractors
• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Project Manager / Engineer

Competencies :

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Analyze data for significant trends or potential issues.
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Experience in Bridge Project with erection works using specific Equipment (Launching Gantry, Lifting Frame) and Post-Tensioning system works

• Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Tuas)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Salary: Basic Salary up to $5000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing work Site equipment & layout.
• Making improvement proposals for installation manuals, designs, and methods.
• Managing and leading installation teams and subcontract staff, according to installation manuals/drawings.
• Liaising with client representatives.
• Following project timelines and safety rules.
• Checking and managing material inventory.
• Assessing project progress and providing input to the Project Manager.
• Undertake additional office and field tasks as required.

• Petrochemical Industry experience is favorable but not essential.
• Valid class 3 license.

Lead a team to 15-20 workers for assigned jobs.

Liaise with main-contractor/ clients on production schedule and progress.

Compute job done and assist in preparing claims.

Submit quotation.

Submit claims and negotiate with main contractor/ clients.

Minimum 6 years experience (preferably with piping system experience).

Roles & Responsibilities

Scope of work

- Organize and control daily business activities to ensure all relevant standards, including contractual and regulatory, and company’s SOP are strictly adhered

- Monitor and ensure food-court’s preventive maintenance is carried out as per approved plan

- Liaise with stall tenants including handle complains, enquiries and solve daily issues.

- Enforce and strengthen company policies and SOP

- Liaise with Government Statutory Board, landlord and 3rd party service providers

- To achieve KPI within a reasonable time frame.

- Executing A&P activities

- Handle POS system and record daily sales.

- Manage tenants and to achieve 100% stall occupancy.

- Plan and execute manpower scheduling

- Able to provide supervision and guidance to staffs on food handling and hygiene and to ensure the compliance to SFA standards and to train new staffs

- Ensure the property in line with strict hygiene, health, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.

- Responsible for ordering, receiving and checking of goods and supplies

- Must be able to work on shift, 6 day working days per week and rest on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

- At least an 'O' Level, higher education level will be preferred

- NEA ECC Cert preferred

- Candidates with food stall tenant contacts preferred

- 2 years of relevant experience

- Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts

- Good Leadership, resourceful and is a problem solver

- Candidates with coffee making skill will be an advantage

• Supervises and guide the cleaners assigned to an area.
• Follows-up with work instructions given by the Executive related to the cleanliness of an area.
• Ensures all cleaning are safely, properly and systematically carried out meeting the cleaning requirements.
• Supervises daily and monthly planned periodic works allocated to an area.
• Reports in a timely manner all defects, cleaners attendance and completion of all duties assigned.

1. Manage assigned team(s) of Cleaners to maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
2. Report attendance of Cleaners to site AA and Manager
3. Meet client KPIs for the day
4. Brief Cleaners on itinerary of areas to be cleaned for the day
5. Brief and remind Cleaners on safety procedures before the team proceeds to work for each day
6. Ensure that Cleaners are carrying the required cleaning tools, and that the tools are functional before travelling to assigned area
7. Ensure that Cleaners carry out their duties in a safe manner
8. Instruct Cleaners on more efficient cleaning techniques as and when possible
9. Praise Cleaners when they exhibit behaviour which is desirable for other Cleaners to imitate
10. Offer counsel and discipline for errant Cleaners (E.g. Poor attendance, lateness, negative attitudes)
11. Update Manager on issues and ways to improve cleaning processes

To help the office to coordinate workers to specific construction site to work and also to liase with main con contractors for specific projects. She/he must also help out in the adminstrative work in the office when needed for help. She/he must also sometimes go to sites to settle issues for the comapany workers
