Full Set of Bookkeeping

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Liaising with underwriters in Japanese Hull & Machinery and/or Protection and Indemnity insurance in case of material accidents and arranging any additional premiums (not limited to but including reporting any incidents to Charterers or all concerned parties, drawing up plans for escaping from them, legal proceedings, settlement/collecting insurance premiums and/or preparing press conferences in case of a serious accident)
