Responsibilities:

• Support Director by collaborating with corporate to ensure company safety strategy, guidelines and processes are understood and implemented on all sites and providing safety management advice.
• Ensure that the Company Safety strategy is followed and that it is well communicated and understood by all employees.
• Manage the Safety competency within the sites and make competency building plans.
• Carry out Safety training and regular communication sessions such as briefing, updates, changes to all stakeholders.
• Manage contractor safety performance to achieve zero harm on sites.
