This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Tax business unit. As a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused leader, you will oversee the transfer pricing portfolio for financial services clients. As a key member of the management team, your responsibilities will include enhancing the client experience, driving team success, and delivering transfer pricing solutions for both local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Singapore and international tax matters, including the pricing of goods and services between related parties, and provide insights on the tax implications of business deals.
• Help clients comply with transfer pricing regulations and develop comprehensive tax and transfer pricing strategies using methodologies from the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Singapore Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
• Collaborate with international clients to align their transfer pricing policies with their business models.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews, perform benchmarking studies, and analyze client issues for transfer pricing documentation purposes.

• Experience working with transfer pricing matters for financial services clients and/or financial transactions is preferred.
• SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
