Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance & Care:Oversee the washing, waxing, and general upkeep of the Chairman's personal vehicles.
Arrange and monitor regular car servicing and maintenance, ensuring timely appointments and high standards of care.
Maintain an organized schedule for car servicing, repairs, and necessary checks.
Mileage Tracking:Accurately clock in and track the mileage of all personal vehicles to ensure that they remain within maintenance schedules and operational efficiency.
Report mileage regularly and suggest necessary actions to maintain vehicle health based on mileage milestones.
Fuel and Cashcard Management:Ensure all vehicles are fueled appropriately, with petrol top-ups managed efficiently.
Maintain sufficient funds on the vehicles’ cash cards for smooth road usage.
Legal Compliance:Ensure all road tax and insurance documents for the vehicles are up-to-date and valid.
Liaise with relevant agencies or service providers to renew any expiring documents well in advance.
Monitor and track expiration dates for vehicle documentation and take prompt action to renew them.
Vendor and Service Liaison:Liaise with external service providers for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality work.
Handle any issues that arise with service providers and resolve them efficiently.
Additional Support:Provide administrative support to the Chairman regarding vehicle-related matters and ensure all documentation is properly recorded.
Manage any other tasks related to the Chairman's personal vehicles as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably involving vehicle management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail, especially with regards to tracking and managing maintenance schedules and compliance documents.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and service schedules is preferred.

We are now looking for a dynamic talent to join our Singapore team as Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist.

Your Focus

As Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of registrations, compliance or safety and risk assessment for Animal Nutrition in Southeast Asia. You will work closely with IFF Global, Regional, Country regulatory affairs team and business stakeholders, to achieve IFF objectives.

The role will see you provide accurate understanding and interpretation of relative regulations and the capacity of regulatory knowledge development to explain and defend positions. The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be a crucial part of Bioscience overall regulatory compliance structure and team. You must ensure compliance within the area of responsibility and support as Key liaison with equivalent roles in the region, to ensure a coherent, consistent strategy on a global basis.

The role will report into the Bioactive Asia Pac Regulatory Affairs Director.

How You Will Contribute

The responsibilities will be progressing over time, and include (but are not limited to) the following:

Preparing product registration dossiers for new approvals and renewals, monitor and follow up process.
Maintain expert knowledge on local regulatory procedures to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and timelines are met.
Develops and maintain relationships with relevant regional competent authorities and trade associations.
Maintain close interaction with regional business teams to identify needs, align on Regional objectives and prioritize the efforts, while incorporating Global needs.
May evaluate regulatory implications of product and process changes.
Provides Regional strategic input to Global strategies and innovation.
Is responsible for regional execution of Global strategies in alignment with Regional Commercial teams.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Science or any other relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of Regulatory experience in Food and Feed industry.
Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs management of registrations, compliance or safety and risk assessment.
Deep regulatory knowledge of the applicable regulatory requirements specifically Animal Nutrition products in Southeast Asia.
Sound knowledge of Regulatory Affairs including:
Product registration dossiers
Regulatory procedures, compliance and regulatory requirements
Evaluation of regulatory implications of product and process changes
Capacity of regulatory knowledge development to explain and defend positions.
Proficiency in English communication skills. Fluency in secondary local language will be advantageous.
An effective team player, ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proactive and self-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Logical, methodical, and analytical thought processes.
Accuracy and attention to details with agility to adapt in changing environment.

The Sr. Spclst, Regulatory Affairs supports the regulatory submission creation and the registration tracking of the company regulatory submission targets from a regulatory operational perspective for the whole of the AP region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a member of cross-functional team and for the assigned products, her/she will manage all operational aspects for submission planning and execution of Original Marketing Application (OMA) and post-approval regulatory changes.

This position requires a high-level expertise and knowledge of the regulatory landscape across the AP Region, its registration procedures and a thorough understanding of the technical requirements for dossiers (e.g. eCTD and other submission formats).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and managing regulatory operation projects from authorization through delivery to country regulatory affairs teams and/or Health Authorities.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the regulatory submission plan for the assigned projects/products and maintaining the related project milestones.
Lead or participate in cross-functional forums and meetings
Work closely with the central planner based in the HQ (US) on assigned products/projects.
Drive the submission assembly and delivery process with the Global and/or Regional Submission Publishing team to ensure timely assembly, publishing and archival of assigned products/submissions as per the agreed timelines.
Responsible for accessing and maintaining the regulatory systems and databases to fulfil daily functions.
Assist in identifying opportunities to continually improve the efficiency of the submission process and participate in small-scale process improvement projects.
Maintain knowledge on the regional regulatory procedures on internal and external guidelines and standards.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science related discipline.

At least 3-4 years’ experience in the regulatory operations area, regulatory affairs will be an asset.
Able to multitask with proven project management capabilities including managing dynamic timelines, interacting, and negotiating with others, collaboration skill and excellent follow-up ability
Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines and procedures within the AP region is required. and knowledge of submissions in the wider region is preferable.
Excellent communication skills to manage interactions with colleagues in a multicultural environment.
Capability to keep overview in the complexity of planning, managing, tracking, assembling and delivering of regulatory content, to meet regulatory strategy, regulatory compliance and informational needs for internal and external customers.
Ability to handle time pressure and the consequence of any delay in timely submissions.
Affinity to work with complex IT systems.

Oversee comprehensive treasury functions, including cash management, bank loan management (rollovers, drawdowns, compliance), and intercompany loans.
Maintain and update banking records, including a master database of bank accounts and consolidated reports on banking facilities, charges, and utilization.
Manage the establishment and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking setups, and applications for bank facilities.
Provide support to business stakeholders in foreign exchange (FX) and trade financing matters.
Identify business and market opportunities by collaborating with banks to evaluate and enhance current funding schemes while exploring new funding options.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on tax compliance requests, including FATCA requirements.
Prepare weekly cash flow consolidations to address short- and medium-term financial needs.
Assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory filing requirements.
Support audit-related activities, including preparing bank and directors' confirmations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, ensuring alignment with financial reporting standards and group guidelines.
Review payments and receipts to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing high-level support and engagement.
Collaborate with the Legal Department on banks' Letters of Offer, negotiating terms and conditions with banking partners.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, bank loan management, and intercompany loan arrangements.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems.
