Your Responsibilities:

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of senior management experience, ideally in education, lifestyle, or a family-focused industry.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive business growth through innovative ideas.
• Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, purchasing, and reporting.
• A passion for working with children and understanding of the needs of parents and families.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing hybrid teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
