Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 9.30am to 6.30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
• Service may be required on Saturdays if there is a Reflections Theatre Booking.
• Sundays and gazetted public holidays. Candidate reporting time will be adjusted accordingly to meet the minimum hours worked weekly as per MOM guidelines.

The Services required are set out as follows:

Main duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Reports directly to Operations Manager or SH/Arts Education.
• Oversees daily operations & maintenance of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) restricted to Reflections Theatre (RT) (including dressing room), CCA rooms, VVIP room.
• Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories within RTs (Including dressing room), CCA room and VVIP room.
• Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre.
• Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)
• To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre together with Subject Head/Arts Education
• To provide support to our school hall as secondary role and when the need arises.

On non-performance blocks, Operations Executive (OE) is required to provide secondary support to provide at least weekly or bi-weekly (timely) fault reporting for Operations Manager on activation of maintenance works.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• Possessing at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate, or an ITE certificate in related areas or a pass Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management or other related areas.
• Experience, knowledge and skills with PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred.
• Willing to learn and able to work with others.
• Able to start work with effect from 20 May 2024
• Willing to accommodate non-regular working hours when there are events booking at the CAC (particularly at the Reflections Theatre)

The Operations Executive is responsible for the administrative support of live broadcast and new media projects. This includes managing project schedules and marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external teams, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring the whole process of the live broadcasting to make sure of higher quality in terms of fluency of the live stream, higher concurrent viewers, more thumbs up, more gifts sending, more interactions between the lecturer and viewers;

Our client, a Japanese clinic, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team. The company is in the midst of implementing SAP and will require the candidate to navigate the transition phase. This is an AR role, but the successful candidate should be able to handle full set of accounts and eventually assume more responsibility post implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process daily AR transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in system.
• Responsible for credit control ensuring that customers pay on time and to follow up on overdue accounts.
• To prepare, check, verify and send invoice and SOA to customers / overseas agents.
• Maintain full set of accounts includes AP, AR and GL.
• Assist to prepare Payables and Receivables aging report and reconciliation.
• Assist to process monthly closing and bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy.
• Assist to preparation of audit schedules and assist with annual revenue and statutory audit.
• Manage and filing for accounting documents, storage, and security of documents.

Job Requirement

• Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts.
• IT savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software
• Analytical and meticulous person with eye for details, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as team.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
