About the Job

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of payroll related function
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission.
• Work closely with Finance department on payroll closing, GL posting and perform payroll reconciliations.
• Respond to staff queries on payroll discrepancies issue.
• Attend to auditor on the yearly audit exercise.
• Process timesheets
• Handle statutory survey from government’s authorities.
• Provide support on ad-hoc finance related tasks/projects.
  Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of working experience in payroll and accounting
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives
• Well-organized and able to multi-task.

Our client is a wholesaler and retailer of alternative gourmet, organic, allergen and preservative free specialty foods in Singapore

Job Duties:

• Handling full set of accounts
• Responsible for the timely and accurate month end and year end close for the management accounts.
• Performs data entries, prepares, and assists in day-to-day operation in accounting.
• Quarterly GST preparation and submission
• Prepare monthly management reports and other financial reports requested by management.
• Prepare monthly and yearly audit schedules.
• Management account reconciliations, bookkeeping activities, tally of sales reconciliation and variance analysis
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, external auditors, tax agents and government agencies.
• Work closely with the operation team to ensure accurate and timely collection and perform monthly stock take.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy
• At least 3 years working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Well-organized, detailed-oriented, meticulous, with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Prior experience in Food industry environment will be an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be the main administrative support for Heads of School in the school. You will establish excellent relationships with our parents and guardians and frequently communicate with home. On a daily basis you will support learners and be involved in the whole life of the school.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor attendance and lateness
• Liaise with families /guardians and outside agencies
• Record keeping
• Support our learners in their daily lives and with calendared events
• Ensure all duties are covered across the school as required
• Support Heads of School as directed
• Assist in arranging interviews for Heads of School
• Provide support with the administration of safeguarding learners
• Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link
