Responsibilities

1. Appointment Planning and Management

• Plan and manage appointments for water purifier installation and service maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule installations and maintenance services efficiently.
• Ensure all appointments are logged and tracked in the company system.

2. Customer Service and Follow-Up

• Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Follow up on the closure of cases with the customer service department to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. On-Site Assistance

• Assist on-site with the installation and maintenance of water purifiers.
• Ensure installations and maintenance services are carried out according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during installations and maintenance.

4. Roadshow Support

• Assist in the setup and tear down of roadshows and promotional events.
• Ensure all equipment and promotional materials are transported and set up correctly.
• Provide support during roadshows to promote products and services effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic technical knowledge related to water purifiers or similar products.
• Ability to handle physical tasks related to installation and event setup.

Reporting to: Manager

Work Hours: Full-time, including occasional weekends and public holidays as required for roadshows and customer appointments. 5.5 work week.

Skills Required

● Minimum Higher Nitec or A Level equivalent

● Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license

● Operations/Logistics management experience

● Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

● Team player with positive work attitude

● Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability

● Possess strong customer service skills

Estimated Salary

● $2500 to $3500

Responsibilities:

• Check and process staff claims from HR portal to ensure there are proper supporting documents
• Prepare and email debit notes to inter-companies for recharges
• Generate the monthly depreciation entries in ERP system
• Ensure that the Fixed Asset Schedule is accurate.
• Liaise with other departments for yearly confirmation of asset write-off
• Prepare draft invoice for diagnostic sales
• Send out diagnostic invoices to clinics and follow up for any outstanding payments
• Participate in process improvement projects
• Process supplier invoices with supporting PR/PO/GRN
• Process payments to suppliers and ensure payments are made within credit terms
• Record accurately the nature of expenses
• Data entry into ERP system and cash book
• Analyze and review reasonableness of expenses, and provide accruals when necessary
• Issuance of vouchers to clients and internal stakeholders
• Closing of dormant accounts

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or related accounting certification
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function
• Able to manage partial or full set of accounts
• Must be Independent to fulfill tasks and a team player to perform tasks in the company workflow
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Job Description

• Issuance of monthly and quarterly billings and OPEX settlements
• Issuance of monthly and quarterly Journals
• Perform weekly posting of all accounting entries to external software
• Prepare and monitoring of AR Aging Reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Updating of Balance Sheet schedules and follow up with other divisions on outstanding unbilled items
• Prepare and submission of monthly OPEX Reports and quarterly SMF Reports
• Retrieval of dry dock reports for final settlements
• Updating of monthly GST report
• Assist in year-end audit queries and supporting documents from auditor/tax agent
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Acconting/Finance/Business or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Demonstrate excellent team player ability and be flexible to the demands of fast-paced working environment
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task with high level of detail and accuracy

• Review subsidiaries' monthly accounts, reporting packages, and tax filing documents, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closings and tax submissions.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare key financial reports for management.
• Liaise with outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors, and tax consultants for subsidiaries.
• Coordinate the Group’s forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Uphold compliance with accounting policies, guidelines, and internal control systems as set by Head Office.
• Support other financial tasks as needed.
