Our client is a regional container shipping company that focus in Asia region. They are looking for a Shipping Operations Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central.

Duties of Shipping Operations Executive:

• Managing inbound and outbound documentation for vessels.
• Developing stowage plans and planning departure schedules to maximize cargo efficiency and streamline vessel operations.
• Visiting vessels to deliver documents, gather reports, and consult with the Master and crew on operational concerns.
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including port authorities, agents, and internal teams, to address and resolve operational challenges.
• Supporting the operations team in daily tasks and coordination efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in logistic/shipping industry. Entry level is welcomed.
• Comfortable to stand by for vessel operations when required.

The Management Executive leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. They are responsible for the daily operations of an outlet, including auditing, manpower planning, performance management, oversee the inventory and ordering of food supplies, optimising profits, customers relations and ensuring high customer service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Outlet Operational

• Ensure the highest level of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while simultaneously upholding Ordinary Burgers standards of hospitality in all interactions
• Administer timely inventories requisition and receiving procedures
• Monitor and foster service quality and customer satisfaction
• Formulate strategies to minimise waste production
• Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Lead team to implement and carry out changes required in the outlet

• Ensure outlet and equipment are in working condition
• Manage the customer experience thru different platform, by encouraging social media reviews and ratings

Safety Compliance

Manpower

• Conduct on-site orientation which includes safety and hygiene, and on-the-job training for new employees
