Responsibility

• Lead the operations team to meet KPIs in HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Build and develop the team to ensure consistent and improved performance year-over-year.
• Foster a proactive HSE culture and drive safety improvement.
• Optimize resources to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, sales, WIP, expenses, and productivity.
• Ensure equipment availability through Total Productive Maintenance.
• Manage headcount, skill development, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Mentor the team to build a high-performance culture.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

• Min Degree/Master in Manufacturing, Aerospace or Engineering
• Min 6 – 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operation and Management (direct and indirect reports)
• Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma / Value Stream
• Deep knowledge and experience in operations management in Aerospace, oil & gas or equipment manufacturer.
