Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management
• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specializations in certain industry verticals
• A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close business
• Preferably to have own transport
• Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills

Job Description:

• Receiving the instruction from the Director / Team Manager (Operations).
• Be responsible for supervising all onsite staff and all service providers of the Management Corporation to ensure that they carry out their duties and responsibilities properly and efficiently.
• Be responsible for running management corporation meetings, taking action for issues arising, including meeting contractors on site and liaising with owners and tenants.
• To maintain, develop information and communication with Council/Subsidiary Proprietors/Occupants of the Management Corporation and Head Quarters.
• Assist the Management Corporation to uphold the by-laws and make recommendations to Management Corporation for improvements.
• Keep the Management Corporation informed on all matters regarding the maintenance and management of the Estate.
