The SingHealth AI Office brings together a multi-disciplinary team with the vision to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) for advancing academic medicine. The office has 4 key functions:

1. Drive research and development
2. Attract commercial partnerships
3. Support AI analytics and governance
4. Support AI education

Be part of a leading AI team here at the SingHealth AI Health Office and be involved in projects in the clinical and operational space. You will work with comprehensive patient data, including medical records and imaging, from a large and diverse patient population with various health conditions. This role offers a unique blend of strategic, technical, and operational experiences in the rapidly evolving field of healthcare AI.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to AI strategy development and implementation across the cluster
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary AI projects, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies
• Generate and maintain the dashboard for AI projects and initiatives
• Engage with industry partners, enhancing your network in the AI and healthcare sectors
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in AI project scoping and technology translation
• Develop expertise in drafting and managing research agreements and grants
• Lead AI education initiatives, including events and seminars
• Work closely with the Group Communications team to develop publicity materials for AI projects
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building your knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare AI

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years academia or industry experience business development/ market access/ marketing/ technology transfer in either commercial, banking, technology and healthcare domains or related experience, with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Ability to do business model financial modelling will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in dealing with industrial partners and collaborators, and in negotiating and completing relevant agreements (research collaboration agreements, licenses)
• Ability to drive and strategise AI commercialisation activities in the clinical space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure creative deal structures and develop conceptual solutions.
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute proactively as a team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel and related software

Job Description:

· Developing and managing operational activities, including the monitoring of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) strategies, and overseeing manpower, financial and resource plans.

· Day to day repair and maintenance job arrangement and yard operation management.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract management, bid management and post contract management support.
• Manage the sales, bid support team and senior management representatives to meet the customers RFP requirements correctly.
• Analyze and advise on the solution, delivery, 3rd party, legal and finance risks associated with the bid accurately.
• Obtain the relevant internal management approvals in the tight RFP timelines.
• Review end to end tender proposal submissions, customer and 3rd party agreements for signing.
• Troubleshoot and lead the sales and bid support teams to find the correct solutions to bid problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experiences in drafting and negotiating complex:Customer contracts (e.g. RFP’s, RFQ’s, quotations, ITQ’s, MOU’s, letters of intent, NDA’s, etc); and
  3rd party contracts (e.g. reseller, partner, teaming, subcontracts, SOW’s, MSA’s, etc).
  
• Degree qualified (if in Law, Contract Management, Business or equivalent a bonus)

• Support the Operations and coordinate, scheduling, and supervise cleaning site staff.
• Responsible to inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.

• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

· Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Documentation and Testing:

· Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, business scenarios, and test cases for System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).

· Oversee change management efforts, including effective communication and training for new application roll-outs.

Team Management and Development:

· Manage the IT team by recruiting, training, and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

· Communicate job expectations, appraise job performance, and propose skill development/upgrading plans for team members.

Vendor Management:

· Manage vendors and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, including evaluating vendors' solutions and industry best practices.

· Develop proof of concept with vendors to test ideas and new IT technologies.

Strategic Innovation and Risk Mitigation:

· Analyse business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders to develop innovative IT solutions.

· Re-engineer current business processes through strategic innovation of IT services and applications.

· Implement cost control measures through productive use of IT applications and services.

· Monitor IT systems' performance, identify risks and threats, and propose strategic solutions for risk mitigation.
