About the General Manager Plantation Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning, implementing, and reviewing all aspects of estate management to ensure that good agricultural practice and the company’s standard operating procedures are followed.

As Sr. Manager for Licencing, you will lead the development and execution of a commercial growth plan for Licensed Consumer Products business with Hasbro’s appointed local licensing agents in your aligned Hasbro APAC markets, driving accelerated growth and delivery of agreed financial targets as well as local, regional and hub OneVoice projects and brand objectives. Responsibilities:

Business Management:

• Oversee, drive and manage agents in the markets (SEA, JAKO and Australia) to ensure a clear business dev strategy for each market.
