Job description

In this role, you will be dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for YouTube's valued partners and creators. You will consistently prioritize partner and creator needs. Whether resolving complex issues, providing comprehensive platform education, or facilitating channel growth, you will advocate a partner/creator-centric approach. Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive operational support to YouTube partners via email communication.
• Consult with cross-functional teams to optimize YouTube products and services and collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Technology Managers to develop partner-centric business plans and growth strategies.
• Proactively drive, measure, and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating actionable insights.
• Contribute to the scalability of Partner Operations team through innovative solutions, efficiency gains, and thorough root cause analysis.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to engage with the local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the technology or media industry.
• Experience with the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem in Korea.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and develop innovative solutions for scaling initiatives.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and maintain organization within a fluid, dynamic environment.

MANAGER

Salary : 4-5k depending on experience.

Job Scope:

• Develop strategic plans to implement for daily logistics operations for different locations efficiently.
• Ensure rules and regulations compliance with N Parks regulations for the movement of equipments, conducting football sessions etc.
• Be the main point of contact for operations team to fulfill their requirement of sufficient equipments and logistics medium.
• The role will also involve liaising with operation managers and suppliers in the ordering, storage and distribution of kit, apparel and equipment, and the management of stock.
• Ensure accurate records of the stock inventory such as kits, football equipments and procurement of depleting stocks.
• Daily updates and reports to the administration team about the state of progress in the Logistics area.
• Implement security measures and uphold work safety protocols for all the logistics operations.
• Identify and implement strategical improvements across the value chain to streamline distribution processes and exceed service standards.
• Oversee and liase with the Finance team for the P&L performance of designated programs.
• Investigate and review relevant technology with a view to recommending, if appropriate, and then implementing to assist in streamlining processes and reducing spend.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder.

• Clearly articulate the differentiating factors of the Primary English language curriculum and ensure they are communicated through the materials and lesson delivery.
• Provide leadership in curriculum planning, design, research and innovation.
• Stay current with curricular trends and ensure changes in Singapore’s MOE guidelines are promptly integrated into curriculum.
• Identify and lead a team of writers who will assist in curriculum development, be responsible for the training and development of the writers and ensuring that submission deadlines are met.
• Review and identify any learning gaps in students’ learning and develop effective and innovative programmes to bridge the gaps.
• Actively scan the internal and external market and develop programmes to provide growth opportunities in expanding student population.
• Develop Holiday programmes that are innovative and effective, capturing new growth opportunities.
• Take on writing curriculum duties for 2-3 levels, on top of overseeing the curriculum team.

• Be proactive in arranging “catch-ups” for students who missed any lessons when there are no available “make-up” classes for them to join.
• Foster good relationships with students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback to parents on the progress of the students as well as solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you to help the child at home.
• Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned.
• Take on projects and initiatives as directed by the Management team.
