Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Operations Manager position is based in Singapore, he/she will also be working closely with the Project Management Manager who is based in Thailand.

The key responsibilities for this position include the management and execution of company's corporate and legal requirements, the planning and management of our Singapore office functions, the meeting of the administration needs for its associates and the management of client operational matters.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Services

• Work with the external corporate services partner to ensure the legal entity is operated in accordance with all ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) regulations.
• Work with the external tax consultants in collaboration with the finance team to ensure we complies with all Taxation related requirements.
• Work with the external auditors in collaboration with the finance team to facilitate the audit process.
• Ensure that we are compliant to all government regulations including Ministry of Manpower, Inland Revenue of Singapore and other relevant ministries.

Office Management

• Oversees the care and maintenance of all the company’s physical assets and facilities, and the day-to-day operation of the physical office.
• Manage the contracts, payment and service standards of all office suppliers including the main office rental, utilities, office equipment, technology services, cleaning services, delivery services and other appropriate suppliers.
• Ensure the office is kept and maintained in line with the standard requirements .
• Ensure the smooth planning and transition to new office premises in the event of an office relocation, without affecting the business operations
• Ensure all associates’ and clients’ safety at any point in time when they are in the office location.

Human Resource

• Manage the Leave System to administer the approval, tracking and reporting of all types of leave for each associate.
• Manage the Employment Pass Process in accordance to the Ministry of Manpower’s regulations in the event that a foreigner is being recruited to our company
• Manage the Well-being of associates by organizing appropriate activities throughout the year.

Client Services

• Ensure smooth operations of client delivery matters defined in the client operational process by working closely with the Consulting team.
• Support the project team to ensure the smooth operations of client services.
• Support the project team in the management of client logistics requirements, including printing and distribution of training materials and setup of digital learning platform for online learning.
• Support the project team in the organization and coordination of client training courses as a backup to the client services team.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• More than 3 years’ relevant experience in the management of Corporate Services functions and client services.
• Experienced in working in a multinational corporate environment with a functional reporting structure
• Good communications skills both in written and spoken communications in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Identify project's requirements and develop shop drawings for the mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.
2. Oversee the M&E team, project's M&E systems specifications, and technical drawings.

JOB FUNCTIONS

The Manager, Human Resource Management Systems implements and maintains processes and systems that support strategic HR projects for various HR functions. He/She evaluates the effectiveness of HR processes and systems, as well as liaises with various stakeholders to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct Feasibility Studies on HRMS technologies

• Identify the operational needs for HR systems and infrastructure capabilities.
• Establish business case for new system implementation by synthesizing organizational requirements to determine overall budget requirements for HR systems implementation.
• Establish processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
• Conduct Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for HR systems.
• Evaluate available HR systems and vendors to recommend suitable options.
• Determine system functionalities and customizations to be incorporated in HR systems.

2. Implement HRMS in NSHS & group of companies in Southeast Asia & India

• Determine implementation plans for HR systems.

• Design feedback channels to gather inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes from the lines of business.

• Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques.
• Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
