• Properly receive, display, and store merchandise according to company guidelines
• Completely understand and undertake the inter store transfer of merchandise according to company guidelines
• Understand the stock level of different categories and promote accordingly

Store Maintenance

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeepingduties, abide to all operational procedures

Store Operations

• Operate the POS cash register and handle various mode of payment
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders & superiors
• Provide customer feedback on products
• Any other duties as per assigned

Leadership

• Making decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
•  Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
•  Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist in audits.
•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
•  Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
•  Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
•  Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications:

•  Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT or its equivalent.
•  At least 1-3 years experience preferably in similar industry.
•  Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
•  Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
•  Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  CPA certification or working towards it.
•  Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Alternate work on Saturday
