Job Summary:

Job Description

To acquire sales and maintain existing customers as required by company

➢Prospecting for new business using different means. Cold calls, canvassing, digital means.

➢Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customer base

➢Negotiating on price, cost, delivery dates between customers and company

➢Liaising with several vendors to ensure vehicles are on schedule for vehicle delivery

➢Provide consistent follow-ups with existing customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained

➢Basic + Comm + Transport reimbursement

· Handling full-set of accounts (AP/AR/GL etc)

· Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for

customers

· Manage Revenue & Receivable accounting and

Internal Audit Functions

· Manage Petty Cash Payable accounting

· Ensure Accurate and Timely closing of ledger

systems on a monthly basis

· Preparation of GST report

· Bank reconciliation and journal entries

Job Requirements

· At least GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent

qualification in Accountancy

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience

- Ability to work independently

- Meticulous, positive work attitude and team player

- Conversant with Microsoft Office Application

Your responsibilities primarily revolves

• The coordination of sales meetings with potential clients
• The communication of company updates to our existing clients
• The management of administrative tasks in cooperation with our sales services.

Given that this is a remote position with adaptable scheduling, it emphasizes the need for self-reliance and discipline. The salary range falls between $3,000 and $6,000 per month. We expect candidates to have "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening and referrals for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business's needs and goals are fulfilled.
• Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback.

Qualifications:

• Sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space. .
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams and external partners across different offices.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

• Sort room bills by companies on a daily basis.
• Pass journals pertaining to adjustments to the Accounts Receivable record.
• Ensure bills are sent within a week after the guests have checked out of hotel.
• Prepare daily reconciliation of balances in aging report with GL balance.
• Prepare proforma invoices to agents/corporate for prepayment.
• Process guest credit card refund
• Assistance in billing
• Monitor group booking payment, ensure post and update daily settlements in Opera Systems
• Prepare and send invoice in City Ledger with proper attachment to Customer
• Relieve or extend any assistance to other accounting colleagues in their absence or whenever the need arise.
• Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Credit Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To receive orders from marketing and co-ordinate the work for cargo officers and barges.
• Assist is the scheduling for the loading of the cargo from suppliers.
• Ensure that bunker is supplied and documented according to MPA guidelines.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the QA system to the international quality standard.
• Maintaining the Internal Quality Audit Schedule.
• Carrying out Quality Audits.
• Keeping Quality Records for the designated time periods.
• Identifying the need for, and the provision of training.
• Setting the competencies required for functions in the Operations Dept.
• Coordinating and verifying C.A.R.s.
• Coordinating and verifying minutes of the monthly Operational Meetings
• Keeping external documents up to date.
• Maintaining Quality Records
• Implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance System.
• Confirming the company’s Quality policies are adhered to.
• Confirming that statutory and code requirements are met.
• Monitoring the company Quality System by means of auditing to determine where improvements are needed and verifying implementation of this necessary corrective action.
• Internal audits
• Verifying that approved procedures are adopted within their areas of responsibility.
• Ensuring that office staff are conversant with the company Quality System, its policies and procedures and have ready access to them
• Assist in the documentation for the implementation and maintenance of the Q A system.

Requirements:

• Diploma or professional qualifications in Administration or its equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in ship management operations.
• Experience in Bunker operation an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Accounting Officer Requirements:

• A degree in accounting or similar.
• Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
