Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of petroleum and gas shipments via maritime transport.
• Implement policies, plans, commercial programs and vessel performance for chartered vessels.
• Ensure strict adherence to international maritime safety standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
• Utilize data to assess the performance of maritime operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of maritime professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chartering/ship management, with a focus on petroleum and gas shipping.
• In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and coordination activities.
