Community Partnerships Assistant Manager (Full Time)

Role Objective:

The Community Partnerships role manages and supports the organization in community outreach, to grow and deepen partnerships with FSCs, SSOs and any agencies with clients (similar to the demographic DOT serves) in order to extend our services to women who need them.

This role oversees all program planning, ensuring efficient and effective development (in collaboration with the whole operations team) and implementation for program delivery throughout the year. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of projects to guarantee its timely and seamless completion
• Regular site meetings and inspections to inspect work timeline, requirements, and contract designs.
• Examine and offer recommendations about all claims made by contractors.
• Update user with a weekly progress report.
• Arrange and lead a project meeting every week.
• Documentation pertaining to the fulfillment of the contract, contractor payment, DLP, and compilation of NSC O&M manuals.
• Examine and verify the completed work before transferring ownership.

Requirements:

• Min diploma in civil engineering, building construction management, architecture, interior design, or it's equivalent
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Previous experience in Office commercial project experience is an added advantage
• Able to lead a team

• The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
• Train employees and evaluate their performances.
• Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Prepare reports on sales.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients.
• Liaise with other branches to share strategies.

Planning Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlating expenditure budgets annually
• Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing products and services
• Develop advertising opportunities (e.g. through specialist publications, radio or other media)

Creating Marketing Content

• Design and development of marketing materials (including overseeing photoshoots), as well as write copy for use across marketing channels such as collateral, social media, and direct marketing emails (EDM)
• Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms, including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion

Driving Brand Partnerships

• Cultivate relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as explore new target markets and marketing avenues
• Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the F&B outlets and grow revenue

Brand Management & Awareness

• Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brands
• Handle and coordinate all media requests, media releases, enquiries and presentations -hosting media, influencers and VIPS to drive quality media and impactful word of mouth
• Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analyses, new communication techniques and digital platforms, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience
• Plan a monthly/seasonal promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings
• Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (return on investment, effectiveness, feedback, etc.)
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments are kept informed of marketing objectives

Customer engagement

• Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through various marketing channels (eg. tactical offers) in order to improve brand loyalty, expand outreach, visibility and value.
• Support the Operations team in managing guest experience on-site
• Respond to media or customer queries/complaints as well as host special events to promote restaurants
• Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communique (eg. newsletters, loyalty programme etc)

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

5. At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
