What your days might look like

The Financial Controller will oversee the financial health of our organisation by managing financial reporting, analysis, and accounting processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage a team of direct reports. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international financial standards, optimise financial performance, and contribute to the company's strategic goals.

You'll be accountable for

• Oversee all financial activities and accounting operations including managing A/P, A/R, GL, Revenue recognition and cashflow forecasting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting and liquidity across all global entities
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimise financial performance and drive business growth
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 finance professionals

What you'll need to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACA or ACCA, or equivalent certification essential
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Proficiency in financial software and Netsuite ERP system
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy
• Critical and creative thinker - be able to come up with new best practice processes and solutions to day-to-day challenges

1) Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/ SD

2) Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide

appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer

Requirements:

Seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional analyst who has a strong SD business knowledge

1. At least 6+ years of SAP MM/ SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment.

4) HANA experience is big plus.

5) Experience with Payment implementation (integration and understanding of the process) is a major advantage.

6) Performed detail system analysis, develop functional and technical specifications

7) Hands-on configuration experience in large-scale project implementation
