Job Description & Requirements

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
• Design and conduct safety training programs for employees.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents, ensure that safety documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• A degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management)
• Experience in water reclamation plant will be advantageous.

Working hours

• 6 days’ work week
• 8/9 hours work per day (8am to 5/6pm)

Scope of Work:

• Issue tax invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from clients
• Ensure accurate data entry & perform daily administrative duties
• Support Accounts Manager in clerical duties when required
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST reporting and financial statement for month-end closing (P&L, Balance sheet)
• Review and reconcile Statement of Accounts (SOA)
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1-2 year exp. in Accounts receivables
• Preferably possess full set accounts experience
• Preferably familiar with Xero Accounting System
