Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily fleet operations, including logistics, maintenance, and repairs, while crafting strategic plans to boost efficiency and performance.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Fleet or Technical Manager, with significant expertise in fleet operations, people management, and leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices, especially for Oil tankers and LNG Bunker Barges.

• Overall accountable to an area or portfolio assigned (which consists of several outlets) including P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOPs, and policies of the company
• Direct and manage stalls according to the company's SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Coach outlet in charge and train the service crew on food handling, service attitude, and delivering good customer experience
• Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
• Manage centres according to budget with responsibility for creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
• Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
