Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan & manage operations of campus facilities, including maintenance schedules, site inspections, meetings, engagement with stakeholders and contractors.
• Lead & develop a team of facilities operations staff.
• Plan & manage operating budget and facilities life-cycle costing.
• Oversee administrative processes in the Facilities Management System to ensure service level is met.
• Lead in facilities renewal projects, including addition & alteration works.
• Manage contracts and procurement of relevant goods & services.
• Analyse operations data, such as utilities, equipment performance & service level, in support of sustainability and operations improvement initiatives.
• Support exploration and implementation of projects related to smart and sustainable building operations.
• Assist in management duties and special projects as assigned by Reporting Manager.
