You will:

• Support the planning, strategy formulation and governance of organization’s ICT portfolio & data assets, which covers the review, development and maintaining of organization’s IT policies, processes, standards & guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate group’s reviews and compliance activities (including group’s internal/external audits) to ensure alignment of organization’s ICT systems and compliance to government’s policies and other statutory requirements.
• Manage IT systems register, IT Risk Register and work with relevant teams to assess, monitor and report IT compliance matters.
• Support in the development of organization’s digitalisation strategies and transformation plans to align to the WOG objectives and new initiatives.
• Work closely with internal project teams and liaise with other government agencies/ministries on digitalisation, ICT and data matters.
• Drive secure data-sharing within the organization and, across WOG and other organisations; to strengthen discoverability and understanding of data.
• Support incident response and investigation for data related incidents.
• Work with business units and stakeholders to drive data exploitation to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization and WOG and build capabilities in managing and exploiting data safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Support in the review of data assets, catalogue and data security compliance matters.
  
  Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent, with at least 2 years working experience.
• Good understanding of IT policies, cybersecurity and technology solutions in ICT and smart systems domain (ICT&SS).
• Relevant knowledge or experience in IT audits, technology controls and risk management.
• Experience in IT Project Management and IT Management is desirable.
• Good interpersonal, communications, written and presentation skills.
• High drive and self-motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Adaptable and ability to think out of the box.
