What the role is

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, review, consolidate, and analyze sales performance of product categories to maximize sales and manage inventory efficiently.
• Complete assortment analytics to develop seasonal category strategies and assortment plans as directed by the Merchandising Manager.
• Monitor and analyze sales, stock levels, months to clear, and stock aging to make appropriate recommendations at both the individual SKU and brand levels.
• Achieve key performance metrics for product categories.
• Plan and monitor purchases in alignment with regional guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate and effective merchandising standards, including replenishment, consolidation, and proper SKU count in stores.
• Monitor market competition and purchases to date vs. target purchases to proactively suggest and initiate corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal merchandising and buying reports to optimize sales, margin, and inventory management.
• Assist in managing and leading the Merchandising team.

• Ensure registration of new patients and collection of payments with accuracy and precision.

• Handle accounts receivable claims and billing on insurance and CPF claims.
• Support in the general administrative for finance operations.

Position summary statement:

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in directing and maintaining the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Assistant Housekeepers on daily operations. Plan manpower accordingly to hotel occupancy and events, including daily allotment and OT requirements
• Ensure that monthly training plan is done and that training attendance are submitted accurately
• Coordinate with all relevant departments on jobs requiring interdepartmental cooperation
• Ensure that GC/PM rooms are checked and up to hotel standards
• Prepare weekly roster for Assistant Housekeeper, Supervisors and Room Attendants
