Others

• In addition to the above key responsibilities, as and where necessary, support the head ofdepartment to undertake any special projects as and when directed.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with a major commercial landlord
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Landlord/Tenant obligations in commercial terms
