Your Next Role

As a Workplace Experience Executive at Maneuver Marketing under the People Team, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities, including overseeing facilities, facilitating staff communications and hybrid events, and supporting essential People Operations.

What You’ll do

People Operations

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure day one is perfect. This will include working with the Tech team to set up various SaaS accesses, facilitate Work Pass applications, set up a digital P-file, receive new hires on their first day, and conduct orientation.
• Administrative support for People operation functions such as maintenance & updating of accurate records on HRMS (Payboy)
• Handle queries from both staff and managers about People policies, benefits and processes.
• Facilitate the review and development of existing policies and procedures to reflect the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
• Ensure compliance and consistent HR policies and practices aligned with business needs and legislative labour requirements.
• Spearhead creative staff engagement initiatives to cater to on-site and remote staff, including company dinners, off-site/virtual team bonding, town halls, and celebratory events.
• Support annual exercises such as employee climate surveys, staff planning/cost budget, OKR planning and performance management exercises.
• Support staff relations issues and investigations when needed.
• Support talent development initiatives to develop new mindsets & capabilities to meet business growth and transformation plans.
• May need to coordinate business travel arrangements when needed.

Workplace Management

• Ensure workspaces (office, meeting rooms, pantries, etc.) are stocked and maintained.
• Maintain & regularly update office and support procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers such as property management, cleaning and facilities vendors for office services and supplies.
• Facilitate internal communications on facility matters that will impact staff’s work experience.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Constantly look for areas and initiatives that can elevate workplace experience and improve staff’s productivity,

How You’ll Succeed

• Response times to maintenance and office supplies issues, adherence to budgetary limits for office/event expenditures and staff queries.
• Track the number, attendance, and employee feedback for office events or celebrations, ensuring these events align with team culture and boost morale.
• Effectiveness of engagement activities through participation rates, survey feedback, and changes in employee satisfaction or engagement scores over time.

What You Bring

• 2 to 3 years experience in People Operations and Workplace Management or similar in a fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or HR Management will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise effectively and streamline processes. Strong knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…)
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Management, onsite and remote staff) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients and vendors)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations.
• Proven ability to support remote employees across multiple continents & various timezones, to ensure they can experience a consistent company culture.
• Familiarity with basic HR processes (e.g. staff record management, leave and appraisal process management), HR software and compliance to support operations
• Ability to handle sensitive People's information with the utmost discretion, ensuring a secure and professional environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills equip you to address challenges efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

Key Job Tasks :

• Understand and know how to operate the Opera cloud-based on property management system.
• Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
• Assist with luggage requests.
• Perform all check-in tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Escort guests to room and introduce the amenities in the room.
• Share and promote the facilities and services offered by the hotel.
• Perform all check-out tasks effectively and ensure billing is accurate.
• Answer phone calls within three rings.
• Record any guests that need assistance and/or incidents.
• Run daily reports to identify any special requests and check reports, logs and contingency lists for follow-up and accuracy.
• Follow up with daily pending tasks.
• Take and manage reservations for walk-in guests and/or when reservation department is closed.
• Interact with guests warmly and appropriately, making them feel welcomed and valued.
• Be a lobby ambassador proactively.
• Attend to guests’ queries, needs and other special requests professionally and promptly.
• Take ownership of feedback received by guests and seek assistance from Manager on duty if necessary to ensure prompt follow-up with guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Provide related concierge services (e.g. give recommendation on leisure activities, places to visit and transport/travel arrangements, etc.)
• Coordinate with the other hotel departments to provide a seamless stay experience for guests.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of public areas.
• Ensure daily shift tasks are completed dutifully and smooth shift transition.

Education :

• GCE ‘O’ level / Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism / Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of hospitality experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc
• Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenue on behalf of clients across e-retailers and marketplaces
• Manage digital marketing tactics: including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, etc
• Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Evaluate trends and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions
• Liaise with eCommerce partners to build relationships and network, understand category and brand performance across channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives
• Conduct business reviews and develop deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and incorporate into customer strategies
• Manages inventory (ensure stock balancing between online and offline), promotional mechanism (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc) accuracy across platforms
• Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions to drive sales for all e-Commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon and other platforms.
• Create and update website content, products, images, promotions and banners to ensure the website is kept up to date.
• Responding to enquiries from online customers
• Responsible for daily operations including processing and fulfilment of online sales orders (coordinate, packing, shipping, billing) and logistics-related matters.
• Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth.
• Other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks projects as assigned.
