At YMCA of Singapore, the Youth Development Programmes department collaborates with our regional partners to reach out to communities in developing countries through impactful development projects in areas such as infrastructure, healthcare, sustainability, and education. Each year, more than 1,200 youths are empowered to become community champions through our diverse projects in countries including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and beyond.

As the Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enabling youths to participate and contribute as community champions in these assigned development projects. This will involve not only project coordination and community engagement but also leadership development. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enable youth volunteers to lead serving-learning projects in countries around the region.
