1. Overseeing daily outlets operations
2. Hire and train beauticians, as needed
3. Provides leadership to the sales and operational team
4. Motivates and encourages sales and operational team to ensure quotas and daily operation are met
5. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
6. Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
7. Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams
8. Consults with potential customers to understand their needs
9. I dentifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
10. Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales and internal operations
11. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and internal and external strategies
12. Prepares sales budget
13. Monitors and approves expenses
14. Acts as company representative at trade association meetings
15. Promote services, products and discounts on social media
16. Performs other duties as assigned
