Risk Management

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Project Risk Register as a true reflection of the Project risk during project stages (Design, Procurement, Construction/T&C)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of technicians in servicing and repairing commercial vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality, turnaround time, and productivity to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure that all repairs are up to standard to avoid rework or comeback jobs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using electronic diagnostic tools, identify defects, and determine necessary repair actions and parts requirements.
• Provide updates on repair status to the supervisor.
• Conduct test drives after repairs when required.
• Supervise and manage spare parts usage for contract vehicles.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and workplace housekeeping standards.
• Assist Customer Service personnel with providing repair quotations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant certification.
• Possess Class 3 & 4 driving licenses.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in automotive repair, with the ability to handle commercial vehicles up to heavy vehicles.
• Experience in technical services, use of diagnostic tools, warranty administration, SOP adherence, and technical investigation and report writing.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

Job Scope:

•To coordinate between BIM Modelling Team, Consultants & Contractors.

•Troubleshoot of any BIM software/tools problems from BIM Modelling Team.

•Provide simple trainings to Engineers/Designers on operating of BIM software/tools.

•Perform clash checks & host the clash review meeting with relevant parties.

•Follow the specifications, standards, workflows, settings and best practices to ensure deliverables of high-quality and consistent models and drawings across the project.

•Participate in regular BIM coordination review process throughout the duration of the project.

•Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

•Ensure all productions are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.

Requirements:

•Must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.

•Must be proficient and have about 5 years’ experience of working with the BIM Authoring Tools.

•Good knowledge of Bentley/Autodesk BIM software and MS Office.

•Able to read and interpret drawings.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases using design techniques.
• Review test scenarios and create Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure traceability to each requirement.
• Monitor the progress of test execution to meet testing timeline.
• Create and track defects in JIRA until they are closed.
• Create a Test Summary Report and get it signed by stakeholders.
